Shipping & Handling

Our shipping fees are based on the total value of the gifts you are purchasing.

Please refer to the chart below to estimate the standard shipping/handling charge for your order.

Each gift's availability is listed on its full detail page above the “Add to Basket" button. Further details are listed under the “Shipping & Delivery" tab.

All gifts ship from our Brooklyn warehouse (with the exception of Custom Orders which ship directly from the maker/vendor) via USPS Priority Mail (Tracked and Insured).

In stock items ship in 1-3 / 5-7 Business days (excluding Holidays). Delivery can be expected 3-7 business days thereafter.

Back Order gifts ship when restocked (generally in 1-2 weeks).

Special Order gifts ship as we recieve them. We will notify you via e-mail if the expected ship date.

Custom Orders ship directly from their maker. We will notify you via e-mail of expected completion/ship date.

Expedited Delivery

We are happy to accommodate rush orders. Please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to help expedite your gift.

International Shipments

Token currently only ships to the United States. For shipments abroad please contact us at customercare@tokencolletive.com.

SAME DAY BROOKLYN (N.Y.) DELIVERY

If you live or are gifting to someone who lives in Brooklyn N.Y., we are happy to offer Same-Day delivery of your order. E-mail Joseph at jelazary@tokencollective.com to make the arrangements.

ORDER DETAILS

PAYMENT METHODS / SECURITY

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Token Gift cards.

We never see your credit card details. All transactions are processed by Stripe, who manage over a million card payments every month. Your personal details are encrypted using a 256-bit SSL certificate, the same technology used to secure online banking.

Order Confirmation

Shortly after submitting your order you’ll receive an Email verifying that it’s been received by TokenCollective.com. This email is your reciept. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an additional Email informing you of the shipping date, the details of your order and any tracking information.

We do not include packing slips in our shipments (please see why below).

PACKING SLIP

Most of our shipments are gifts sent directly to the gift recipient. For that reason, we do not include packing slips with any of our orders. This policy is meant to ensure that every gift received from Token Collective is beautifully packaged without any detracting elements. However, if for any reason you require this paperwork, please email us at customercare@tokencollective.com and we will gladly send you a copy.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We want you to be unconditionally happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at customercare@tokencollective.com for an exchange or refund.

Items purchased from Token Collective may be exchanged or refunded only within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged.

We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost returns or if the item is damaged in the mail.

Once items have been received, you will receive a refund (minus the cost of shipping). Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Please allow one week for processing from the point at which we receive the returned item(s).

All sales are final on sale items.

SPECIAL & CUSTOM ORDERS

We are pleased to be able to order non-stock items especially for you. We understand that there are some really unique designs out there that are hard to find in stores because they are either not readily available to the U.S. market or are crafted to order. We make the extra effort to order these items by request. In exchange, we hope you understand that all “special order" & “Custom Order" item sales are final.

We appreciate your patience for delivery as most times special order items come from abroad or are hand made. Good things do come to those who wait.

Please note: Orders that are placed for merchandise that is listed on our website as a “special order” or “Custom Order" are not cancelable after the order has been placed, and such items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

GIFT EXCHANGE

If you are the recipient of a Token Gift™ and have found something you love even more in our store, we will gladly issue you store credit for the gift's purchase amount provided you return the gift in new condition within 30 days of receipt. Please email us before shipping any items back and to begin the return/exchange process.

We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange on items used for food, personal grooming (i.e. manicure set) or any other items that we cannot sell if sterility has been compromised.

DAMAGES

Even though we do our best to ensure safe delivery of all gifts, sometimes damages occur while an item is traveling to you or to its recipient. Please file a damages claim within 24 hours of receiving the order.

SALES TAX

Token Collective is a Brooklyn based company and the law requires us to collect the local sales tax (8.75%) on all orders shipped within New York. The tax is added to the total order value (which includes the gift/s total cost plus the shipping fee).

Orders shipped to a destination outside of New York State are not subject to sales tax.
