We are happy to offer free UPS / USPS shipping on orders $500 and over shipping to the continental United States. For orders less than $500,
our shipping fees are based on the total value of your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times
All orders * ship from our Brooklyn, New York warehouse via UPS / USPS. Order shipping to the East Coast will arrive 1-2 business days post dispatch, the West Coast, 5-7 business days.
* Excludes Custom Orders which ship directly from their maker.

Special Order items ship as we recieve them. We will notify you via e-mail of the expected ship/completion date. We appreciate your patience for delivery as these items are exclusively imported from abroad, or are hand-made to order. Good things do come to those who wait!
Expedited Delivery
If you are in a pinch and need your items right away, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to help expedite your order.
Same day - Brooklyn, NY delivery
If you live in Brooklyn, New York, or are gifting to someone who does, we are happy to offer Same-Day delivery of your order. Please email Joseph at jelazary@tokencollective.com to make the arrangements.
Overseas Orders
Orders placed on our website can only ship to addresses in the USA. We will gladly deliver to the Rest of the World, please contact us to make the arrangements. International shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and destination.
Order Confirmation
Shortly after submitting your order you’ll receive an email verifying that it’s been received by TokenCollective.com. This email is your receipt. Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an additional email informing you of the shipping date, the details of your order and any tracking information.
Sales Tax
Token Collective is a Brooklyn based company and the law requires us to collect the local sales tax (8.75%) on all orders shipped within New York. The tax is added to the total order value (which includes the item/s total cost plus the shipping fee). Orders shipped to a destination outside of New York State are not subject to sales tax.
Gift Packaging
We do not include packing slips with any of our gift orders. This policy is meant to ensure that every gift received from Token Collective is beautifully packaged without any detracting elements. However, if for any reason you require this paperwork, please email us at customercare@tokencollective.com and we will gladly send you a copy.
Return Policy
We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, not to worry.
We will happily accept returns for unused merchandise in its original condition / packaging at time of purchase*. We offer a full refund (with the exception of shipping expenses associated with the order) if they are returned in their original condition within 15 days of receipt.
* Excludes Sales items, Special, and Custom Orders - see below.

Only regular priced items may be retuned/refunded, unfortunately sale items are FINAL SALE.
Special / Custom Orders:
We are pleased to offer exclusively imported / non-stock items especially for you. We carry some some really unique designs they are either not readily available to the U.S. market, or are crafted to order. We make the extra effort to procure these items by request. In exchange, we hope you understand that all “Special Order" & “Custom Order" item sales are final, and are not cancelable after the order has been placed.
These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Refunds / Exchanges
Please email us at customercare@tokencollective.com to begin the return / exchange process.
Please note: The shipping cost of a returned item is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund: As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item. Please note, it takes an average of three business days to refund a credit card.
Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the desired item the same day. We will contact you for your credit card information if there is a balance due for the new item before shipping it out. You will receive a confirmation email when the new item ships so you know it’s on its way.
Gift Exchange
If you are the recipient of a Token Gift™ and have found something you love even more in our store, we will gladly issue you store credit for the gift's purchase amount provided you return the gift in new condition within 30 days of receipt. Please email us before shipping any items back and to begin the return/exchange process.
Damages
Even though we do our best to ensure safe delivery of all gifts, sometimes damages occur while an item is traveling to you or to its recipient. Please file a damages claim within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Price Match Policy
If you find a lower delivered price of any item we sell, we will gladly match that price. The delivered price is the total price of the order from an authorized US retailer delivered to your door - this includes product cost, tax, shipping and any handling fees. While this offer does not apply to items on sale or special promotions, we will still consider each of these occurrences on a case-by-case basis. This offer is valid for up to 7 days after your purchase date. Please contact us to request a price match.

Marketing Opt-in / Opt-out
When you register, you will be given the option to opt-out of subscribing to our e-newsletter which includes information about new items, features, enhancements, special offers, and one-off marketing promotions. At all times, we will offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe to the Token newsletter, if you change your mind. Any e-mail we send you will contain an easy automated unsubscribe link so that you can opt-out of that particular mailshot. Simply follow the instructions in the e-mail.
Accessing / Updating personal information
If for any reason you are concerned that the personal information held by Token is not correct, please log into your account. Your personal information is available for review and correction. Only you or, upon your request, the Token team, may access your personal data from the website using your login details. If you prefer, you may contact us by email at customercare@tokencollective.com and we will amend your personal details.
Your Information
Token collects personal information in several ways when you place an order or register for a service offered by Token. By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal information. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfill your order.
We never see your credit card details. All transactions are processed by Stripe, who manage over a million card payments every month. Your personal details are encrypted using a 256-bit SSL certificate, the same technology used to secure online banking.
Saved details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order.
Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number. This number may be given to our shopping carriers for delivery purposes. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.
Use of Personal Information
Token may use your personal information for the processing of orders, payments, and to provide you with a personalised shopping experience.
We will also use your details to fulfill and deliver your orders and manage your account. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. Where there is a legal obligation to do so, we may disclose your information to any relevant regulatory body.
We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates but only ever in accordance with your preferences. We do not sell your details to third party marketing companies.
We do collate information about site traffic, sales, wish list, and other commercial information which we may pass on to third parties but this information does not include any information which can identify you personally.
Finally, we may use your personal information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, together with non-personal data to monitor customer patterns so we can consistently improve our site design to better meet our visitors' needs.
From time to time Token may employ third party business partners to collect personal information or to undertake marketing activities on Token's behalf.
